Parma is the one and only Italian restaurant in Las Vegas as far as I'm concerned. Growing up with a full blooded Italian mother who was a awesome cook, no place seemed very good. Until I ate at Parma, chef Marc came to the table and explained to everyone what they had chose and why he made it the way he did. The food was awesome, the service was great, and the garlic bread was to die for. I have gone 3 times in the last month and every time I have been impressed with the food.
