  • First time we stopped In Here the smell was awful. We were never greeted. When we were about to leave the salesman finally said he would be right with us and said the customer he was helping currently brought his puppy in and it popped all over the floor so they locked it in the bathroom. The smell was overwhelming so we left. Stopped in today again and the same salesman was in and ignored me the whole time. I was ready to buy so I went to LA Spas and bought a spa 15 minutes later. Their loss! Our gain if that's how they treat their customers.
