  • Went to the Auto Center as my neighbor told me I should get a new battery and I wanted an oil change while I was there since I had to wait anyway. I was met by a nicely dressed man by the name of Frank. he told me that I would have to get the oil changed first and then the battery. He said it would take some time as there were four other cars ahead of me and it takes 20 minutes to do each car. I thought that was very kind and helpful, to let me know in advance how long I would have to wait. I expected to wait as I saw there were people ahead of me. I have not been to any auto repair place anywhere where you did not have to wait a long time to get your car taken care of. After the oil change, they put my car in another part of repair shop, when I checked in on the progress another polite man named Randal was replacing the battery. The people there are very busy , working to get all the customers taken care of. I appreciated the care the employees gave me when I needed something done to my car. I will gladly take my car back again.
