  • Had a horrendous experience trying to get help cutting and pricing vinyl tubing here. Waited almost 30 minutes before I could flag down an employee, who called someone from another department to help and then never shows up. Filed a complaint and got an email from the manager, who I then wrote to and then never heard back. *Slow Clap*.
