I've lived around the Silverado area for a long time and just finally tried this place for the for the first time yesterday, and I can honestly say that I will not be coming back here again. Out of all the AYCE sushi places I've frequented, this one gave me the worst first impression.
The service wasn't the best as I felt like my friends and I were rushed to ordering right away after not even being seated for more than a couple of minutes. It was irritating to say the least; the server never bothered to ask us if it was our first time, nor did he do any sort of recommendations for rolls to try.
Everywhere I go, I always get salmon nigiri to see if the place is worth coming back to, and this establishment had the worst one I've ever tried. The salmon was seriously so hard I felt like I was chewing on some cold steak. The rice was too cold as well. I also tried their takoyaki and a little advice, don't even bother with it. Their lasagna roll also fell apart way too easily unlike some other places I've tried. It's also a bummer that their agedashi tofu is not part of AYCE menu. I do however like their steamed gyoza, it was really delicious, soft and fresh.
I cannot with clear conscience recommend this place to any of my friends, and I definitely would rather drive a little out of my way to get better quality sushi.
