| - This hotel was fair. Definitely not what I expected. I know what this hotel used to be before the Sheraton got here, so the newness and renovations of the Sheraton were nice to see.
Parking, $20/day to self park. Not too fond of that. Parking is less expensive some places in the middle of downtown. The parking garage was "ok" but I believe it is shared with the hotel right next door, Le Meridien. Once you park, you somewhat have a ways to walk to the Sheraton's front desk.
Guest services associates were really nice, friendly, helpful, check in was no problem.
The room... You have to take a card out of a white box on the wall and then insert your room key in order to have power in the room. Not quite sure what the purpose of this feature was, but I figured it was to save power maybe? I really don't know. It was confusing trying to figure out what to do, even after given instructions. Outside of the window, I saw nothing except the building next to the Sheraton (Le Meridien), so don't expect a good view from one side of the hotel. The walls are paper thin too. If you're expecting to get a peaceful, good night's sleep, pray the hotel doesn't have many people. My room was on the corner, but I heard people in both rooms next door and I heard people in the hallway. ALL NIGHT. Which was extremely inconvenient and unfortunate.
I'm not sure I would want to stay here again. It isn't too-too bad but still...
