  • Hahaha. What a ridiculous coffee shop that as far as I could tell takes itself far too serious. I'd been in twice because I'm a fan of the area and being new to the city and a great lover of coffee, Quantum has often come up as highly recommended. The regular brew coffee is incredibly average and not at all special. And from my experience the baristas will glare at you in a way as if to remind you that "it is not at special and how dare you waste our time with your mundane order." Don't worry though. It will take just as long for you to be served regular coffee as it does to make hand pressed juice or something because presumably they need to go to Tanzania first to get the beans and hold on a sec while we roast them in an artisinal fire. You should probably get a latte instead or the ginger juice or something. Actually it's all pretty decent but could do with a lot less snobbery. I feel stupid and insignificant lots of times; I sure as heck don't need a coffee shop to remind me of that too. B+ on beverages; D on the service.
