I've been a patient since 2012. I paid for my crown and within 2 weeks it fell. I called multiple times to schedule a visit to get it replaced and they always pushed my appointment out(reschedule) . I never made it to be placed on the schedule. I had my baby and tried to schedule again and finally got in. They had issues looking for my insurance provider (information). They had me call 800 numbers to verify my insurance. Never heard back from them! I finally called and got placed on the schedule. Came in for my scheduled appointment nothing but bad news !! I need to pay for the crown that I paid for again because they weren't able to schedule me sooner! Long story short I have to pay twice for the same crown and additional treatment. Blaming it on me because I didn't schedule sooner!!! I tried explaining that front office kept pushing and rescheduling my appointment. It's so frustrating. I wish they could be more understanding and look at the notes from front office looking at all the times that I got rescheduled from the front office personnel. Instead of blaming it on the patient not listening to the patient making it even more frustrating.
