Worst service ever. Don't go here. The staff takes forever and are rude to customers. One of them had the nerve to tell my friend in line to be patient today. She didn't do anything but express that she was next in line because they let someone else go in front of her. I have gone to plenty of other Wells Fargo locations where the service is excellent. What's the point of creating a separate line for business banking where some people indeed have multiple transactions for their company that take longer but only to have to wait behind the other line anyway? Every customer is lumped together and they let people in the other line cut in front for no reason. AS A BUSINESS BANKING CUSTOMER, IT SHOWS THEY DO NOT VALUE OR RESPECT MY TIME OR BUSINESS. I want to switch banks because of the rude service today. Roselynne at the counter was terrible. I am never going back to this location. They need better management to oversee their staff.
