  • Ervin is the worst customer-service rep I've ever encountered. Sells things you don't need, is smug/arrogant, doesn't take responsibility for misinforming customers, misleads/confuses the products and plans on purpose so that you don't get the best deal unless you ask the right questions, etc. He should be fired immediately.
