Horrible customer service!! You get follow up emails asking to call a number if there was a problem only to be taken to the dealer main line!! I took my explorers in for a oil change at 7 am and while waiting for 45 min in the waiting area steve from fast lane came back and said I needed spark plugs but I said I could not wait , he offered to have the shuttle take me AND pick me up and gave me a card, the time came and went no shuttle. I caked his direct line no less than 5 times over two hours and no answer , I had to uber to the dealer and I was late leaving town.
Then I get my car and the car has issues
