  • We decided to use the services of Carpets and more after buying a new house. It was a nightmare!!!!! The contractors they sent were unprofessional and messy. Communication between sales and contractors is next to none. I was charged for services that weren't even done. Workers didn't speak English and communication was very challenging. They ask for payment up front and do a horrible job. They had to come back again to clean grout that was left to harden on new tile floor. They didn't manage to get all grout clean so they left me a chemical to finish myself. They scratched the tiles and did a poor job. Supervisor came to see work and assured me work would be done right. That wasn't the outcome. Their word and quality as promised was a mirage. Sales person did refund some of the money, but it still wasn't worth what we paid. Think twice before using if you value your home. Very shady company.
