The logic board on my Mac failed for the second time. The first time it was repaired by Apple under Apple Care. I had to return it three times for repairs not properly completed. I took it to Experimac for the second failure since it was no longer under Apple Care. Matt quoted me a price much better than Apple and performed the work with no price additions. Parts acquisition was a little slow at times, but I now have a properly working computer. Battery life is far better than before the repair -- a problem I had complained repeatedly to Apple only to be told that there was nothing wrong. Perhaps the best part of Experimac is the friendly customer service. Matt kept me informed at all stages of the repair. He also provided some very helpful software advice which solved two Sierra problems. A very positive experience!
