  • I have been patiently waiting for Avril supermarket to open. The last couple of year I have tried to eat more healthy and consciously choose to but organic products as much as I can and as much as my wallet allows me too. The only place close to me was TAU. But now we finally have Avril heathy mostly organic grocery store. First of all they have an amazing variety food of products from fresh fruit, vegetables, bread, they even have fresh organic fish, meat, a huge variety of cheese. They have all sort of foods for vegan and vegetarian people. A variety of gluten free, dairy free products. What really strikes me the most was how many different varieties of the same product they had Olive olive Vinegar Environmental friendly products such as detergent, paper towel Wine & beer Cereal Microwave ready food Frozen meat Fresh meat Canned foods Dairy and non dairy products All sort of international food selection I was really impressed, they also have a nice bistro where you can either order a healthy lunch or a little coffee shop where you can have organic coffee and some very delicious deserts, try they caramel brownie. It was out of this world and you can't even tell what it was actually made of. They also offer you a free membership card, which basically you accumulate 1% of everything you buy there. Last but not least, the prices were very reasonable for the type of store it is, actually some products were even cheaper that your next door grocery's store. Staff was very friendly. Their flyers is once a month. And for the month of June you can order online and get free delivery.
