  • My brother and I have been having some trouble with our phones so we went to this store on two separate occasions. Both times we were helped by an amazing employee named John. He got my phone to work in about 5 minutes after the north Olmsted store said I would have to order a SIM card (which they couldn't provide).He even stayed open 20 minutes late to help my brother. He was beyond nice and knowledgeable. Will return any time and ask for him!
