I recently bought a home (1968 construction), so it needs love. I had some electric issues in the kitchen and initially called my home warranty (I won't renew), they sent out someone from another company who basically looked for every reason to deny responsibility and in reality fabricated the issues. I contacted my Realtor, Berkshire Hathaway and they directed me to access as there is a "special rate" for their customers.
I had two different electricians out on 3 occasions ( a lot of work). The kitchen problem was a tripped breaker! I did have them install 18 new lights, one being added in master bath shower and 3 outside security lights installed. I could not be happier with the quality of the work performed or the guys who attended to me, Brian and Russell. For sure I'll seek out Access in the future for all needs.
Also they were available on short notice, I had some vacation days and appreciated being able to check this project off my bucket list.
I believe they are honest.
