  • Unfortunately I had the same problem as another reviewer with the technician not locking my gates properly & my dogs getting out. This happened at least 3 times in the couple of years I used their service. Each time I spoke with the owner who assured me he would make sure it didn't happen again. The last time my dogs ended up getting taken to the pound before I got the message they were out. After that I cancelled my remaining services. The service was great, we had almost no mosquitos after they started, & Paul was very nice & a good communicator, but it wasn't worth something happening to my dogs. So if you don't have pets in your yard then go for it.
