  • I have been three times and hated my hair cut every time. I thought I was pretty straight forward explaining my cut, saying I loved it the way it was and it just grew out so it shouldn't have been so hard taking the same amount off all over. I explained that the shortest part of the stacking in the back of my hair would be one inch long at the bottom. Instead I got less than 1/16th of an inch long, it is buzzed actually! That is a HUGE difference from what I asked. I am no expert but taking the same amount off the entire thing shouldn't have been that hard and saying you want it an inch long at the shortest and having it be almost non existent it is so short is a pretty big mistake. I gave two starts because she took her time but I hate this place. Even for the $ they suck at their jobs.
