  • I will never come here again! I always get hard gel on my real nails. I got my nails done by skylar. She was very nice and welcoming. She started doing the hard gel noticed she only used primer And did not put a base coat she assured me that it didn't need it. She finished my full set in less then 30 minutes and I felt very rushed. I believe it was because she had someone else waiting. My sister in law had also just got her nails done a few days before me and told me about a promotion that she received which was 10 dollars off your full service. When I mentioned the promotion to the nail tech she said she only gave her 5 off not 10. I didn't make a big deal about it. When I looked at my nails they seemed very paper thin but she assured me that they were strong. The very next day the corners of two nails broke and the hard gel begins. To lift off my nails I knew it was because she didnt apply the base coat like I told her. The same day that I noticed they broke I called the owner but the name of Jenny. I told her about the situation and she wanted me to come in at that very moment to fix them. I told her I was not able to go at that moment due to having both my younger children with me and my husband was at work but told her that I wanted to stop by so she can see my nails for her self so she wouldn't think I was making it up, I went to show her she never apologized she gave me weird looks and told me just to make it back when I had time. I told her that I wouldn't have time until the end of week I scheduled an appointment and then returned to the same nail tech who never greeted me had an attitude and then recommended that I get an acrylic full set Instead of gel so that it wouldn't happened again. Keep in mind a full set hard get cost double the amount of a full acrylic set. She did not say one word to me and finished my nails in 15 minutes. When I looked at my nails I can tell that the acrylic was very bumpy and told her she then tried to fix them rushed. By this point I just wanted to leave I was so upset. After I washed my hands I sat down and she told me you can leave you are done. I said I'm not done I want gel color. She said you didn't get gel color last time, then I told her I also didn't get acrylic last time I got hard gel double the price. The owner then came and tried to resolve the problem told the nail tech just to do my gel color and never apologized. When the nails tech did my gel she did not put the base coat before gel the next day I noticed all my cuticles dry and they hurt really bad. I also noticed the gel was peeling off my acrylic. I was so disappointment I will not be coming to this nails salon again.
