I've never been to a Pilates class, so I was super nervous, but the instructor was sweet, and mellow and made me feel super comfortable. I kinda let myself get out of shape lately, but I work out at my gym about twice a week for an hour and a half or so per session, so I thought that I'd be ok. After all, it's a "Pilates" class? I got such a workout, I literally couldn't believe how hard it was. The workout is slow and steady, but omg I was dying. I absolutely loved it! 45 minutes is all it took for me to be a sweaty mess. I look forward to my next class.
