  • I contacted the corporate office at Pizza Hut and they said sorry and that they will have a member of the team from that store contact me in 3 days. I was never contacted. I let PH corporate know again and they just said sorry. I asked for a refund multiple times but they never acknowledged that. I doubt I will eat at PH again ever - what terrible customer service on all levels. Plus, there is better pizza out there anyway.
