  • I never got to have the experience of trying this or due to poor customer service. I had purchased this when there was a groupon deal and I understood the rule of calling in to make an appointment to come in. One night out I called them to schedule a time frame and at first the guy I spoke with (after calling a few times because nobody would answer) told me to come in at 8:30. As scheduled, I arrived there 10 minutes prior for the guy behind the desk to tell me we aren't on the list. What? So who did I talk to? He told me I spoke with his boss and it was his fault. I called back the boss, again (took several tries again to reach him) and he went back at me saying his employee didn't update the system properly. They kept tossing the blame back and forth and it got old real fast. The employee was the only one we saw in the office, and he said his boss was at home because he didn't want to come in to work. He told me I can come try again at 10pm- wait- TRY AGAIN? The reason this all began was because I made a reservation and got denied when I got there after the boss originally approved me! Why was I not offered to make a reservation? Just come back and try again? I never ended up using my groupon, I wish I got my money back because the staff was more harder to figure out than the experience would have been!
