  • Beware of new car sales. I called to inquire about their inventory. The internet sales rep. lured me to the dealership to see a "new" Odyssey minivan on 8/17/16 at a $2000 discount compared with other Odysseys on the lot. There was no mention of the model year of the minivan during the phone call or upon arrival. They eventually told me it was a 2015 model, not 2016 like the others, but only after a half hour of waiting and negotiating. I was disappointed, but still willing to inquire. They attempted to sell it to me sight unseen claiming it was just like the floor model. I requested to test drive the van and they brought it up front. I noticed it had 2,000 miles on it and no new plastic covering the floorboards or the equipment. They didn't bother to tell me that. i had to find it out for myself. After I confronted the salesman, he told me it was driven by the manager for a "couple of weeks". Then I noticed there were food particles and a peanut in the door cup holder area and melted peppermint pieces stuck in the interior door handle! There was no apology or willingness to negotiate on price after the truth was finally revealed about the condition of the car. I left unsatisfied and disturbed at how they could be so dishonest or ignorant.. These guys are either completely ignorant about their inventory and condition of the vehicles or outright liars. If you choose to buy a car here, then prepare to be swindled or deal with incompetence. take your pick.
