rev:text	One of the top few businesses in Sunnyside. If you appreciate local first, come here. Not the greatest volume (the promissory illusion of wide selection and the grim reality of high volume are the trappings of multinational corporate food interfaces, anyway) the selection required to live very well indeed! Produce is excellent and as local as can be (seasonal demands by the local market of course determine the presentation of stuff which cannot be locally produced yet is desired by the customers). The store seems to be saddled with the 'health' baggage of corporate attack angles. It's not a health food store, it's a LOCAL grocer! I buy most of my ingredients here. Specialty items such as particular spices and cuts/cures of meat have to be purchased at specialty stores. But Sunnyside Market is the heart and soul of my cooking. Taking into account the adage 'you are what you eat', I am beginning to be primarily an expression of this place, mixed with water...
