  • This theater is my new favorite-for several reasons. First outstanding customer service-a couple of weeks ago I had a problem with seats I had purchased thru a third party server. The physical seats did not exist I sought out the manager, Karen. I was prepared to be dissapointed by her response. I was wrong. She went above and beyond to make sure that our movie experience was excellent. Thanks Karen! The Seats are the recliner type, and the concessions are great. Last but not least-thier prices are better than anywhere else in Pittsburgh.
