  • I recently had the carpet and pad ripped up in one bedroom for a plumbing repair under the house. The carpet was cut by the plumber so it wasn't especially smooth or straight. VCR reseamed the carpet flawlessly! It looks amazing and you can't see where the cut was done. They also added pad to a couple warn areas, put the closet door back in place and vacummed the stray carpet fibers before leaving. Additionally VCR didn't give a half day window of when they might show up like many companies do. They said they would be at my house at 11:30 and the job would take about an hour. They arrived a few minutes early and finished on time. Pricing was lower or similar to quotes the insurance company quoted. I will definitely recommend VCR in the future.
