  • We hired Valleywide Sliding Door to upgrade 2 older sliding glass doors. Great Big Disappointment!!! It took them 7 weeks to do a job promised for 2 weeks. They cut screens to wrong size and had to redo them. Then, when they were "done" they had not corrected one of the problems we hired them to address (screens sliding off the tracks). They said this was because our house had settled (which we had pointed out to them in the beginning) and said it could not be repaired. After I refused to pay for the job, the repair guy agreed to come back the next day with a solution. He returned and "installed" shims under the tracks (bang bang with a hammer) to raise the track. The result was very sloppy. I paid 'em to get rid of them. I later created molding that I installed over the shims to hide them. Very bad experience.
