One my favourite brunches in the city is at The Dakota. The bluegrass review sets the tone. I've been lucky to have come during busy and not busy times. I will say, the eggs do taste better after you've been waiting in line for a long time. But the coffee is really good. And so are the sausages. I don't eat pancakes and despite being billed as buttermilk, I found them light. I do love the family style serving.
The service is alright. I think they know they have a good thing. The last time I was there was a comedy of errors. I was playing city guide to a friend and I completely forgot how this brunch works! Thankfully, everyone had a good laugh.
