  • If you're looking for a rental car that's filthy and looks like it's from 2001, then Hertz is probably the place for you. The customer service wasn't nearly as bad as people wrote on here, but the car was dirty on the exterior and interior. There were leaves all over the windshield wipers, and chips on the paint of the car. I also found BBQ sauce in the cupholder of the car along with crumbs all over the gear shift. Luckily insurance paid for this rental, so I didn't have to pay $15 a day for a car that looked like it came from the 8th circle of hell.
