I usually don't write reviews but the service here is just so awful I felt I had to. You would think that at a major airport they would be adequately staffed. Have been on line for over an hour and a half and still not even close to the front so plenty of time to write this review while I wait. Meanwhile the line behind me has been getting longer and longer. Customer in front of me was complaining to the check in representative who then began arguing with her. If there wasn't a cancellation fee I would go wait in line for another rental car provider rather than giving Dollar my business.
I should have done more research online rather than taking the lowest price available but thought all companies would be about the same. Live and learn.
