  • I've gone there four times now, each time the manager/owner who is a man has been extremely rude. The first few times were at Christmas and I chalked it up to stress of the holidays. Went in last week, and still the customer service was deplorable. I witnessed his brusk manners to a older lady who was confused about the mailing process. It was sad and pitiful. There are other options close. American self storage and mail 12220 East Riggs Road # 107, Chandler, AZ 85249. There is also a post office in Ironwood neighborhood 123 W Chandler Heights Rd, Chandler, AZ 85248. Stay away from this jerk!
