  • I enlisted Brandy White Elk and her team over a year ago to find a 1031 rental exchange in Anthem Community. I was dead-on in a serious rush. Brandy and I went out Friday and narrowed the choices down to a few to take my hubs back out Saturday. We got a smoking price with closing costs paid on a 2011 Pulte-built home my husband loved. But wait! Why am I just posting this review now? Because I called Old Republic Home Warranty (paid for by seller too) for a broken garbage disposal and sadly it was 25 days past a year's time. I went to renew it for $750 dollars, second year price, anyhow. Guess what? The Home Warranty is paid for! Brandy gave us a full-service two-year home warranty. What can I say? I'm a California Mortgage Broker who doesn't see many agents go this extra mile, let alone for two years. Highly recommend Brandy or Terri and team.
