  • Took my 328i in because of a ticking noise and paranoia, and they took care of me. Very patient with all my silly questions and kept me from getting nervous. Yeah this is my first car, so everything is pretty new to me. Turns out there was much more than I had thought but they worked with my warranty company and (even though they took forever to approve the work) they got it ready for me so I could have over the weekend. Honest and awesome shop. I love this place and will continue taking my car here.
