Horrible administration! I made appointments for my sons and myself. One day prior to my appointment they told me they had to reschedule my appointment but my sons can be seen.
I am a working mom. I had to rearrange things at my clinic so that I can get out on time to make it to our dental appointment.
Anyway we get there and they only have one of my boys listed for an appointment. I am showing her the text of them confirming my appointment and she is just giving me this stupid look like "I see it but we don't have it on our screen." How is that possible when you verified my appointment twice. So I ask her well do you have my Appointment that someone from this office just rescheduled for me last evening. She looks on that screen and doesn't see that either.
I ask to speak to the office manager of course they weren't available. There is no way I would ever go to this or any other Gentle Dental. If they can lose appointments they can lose records as well. Or better yet say your insurance covers their services and don't.
