  • Steve, our technician, was on time, courteous, and he provided accurate information. He performed his inspection of our two AC units, noting some maintenance issues that need attention. When I told him I wanted to defer fixing these problems for the present time he didn't try to talk me out of it without by overstating the severity or immediacy of the concerns. Hobaica Services has performed fall and spring AC checks for us for many years and they are invariably polite, punctual and professional.
