  • DON'T RENT HERE! I moved out here for school and chose this place based on close proximity to campus, plus the complex looked nice from the tour we took. However, once I signed lease paperwork everything went downhill from there: - Water heater burst couple of months after move-in, took maintenance over 1 month to replace (so only cold water during winter months) - Rude managers and staff in front office, don't really help with any issues you may have - Missing packages, even though my email notification said they are at the front office - Car was broken into a couple months ago, went to notify front office, they didn't care. Just said "sorry to hear that" - Never truly felt safe here - The biggest cockroaches I have EVER seen in my life, even after having pest control come spray inside still kept finding cockroaches all over When I was finally able to move out they kept trying to charge me extra for stuff that wasn't my fault (like the blinds in bedroom were yellowish and bending because of sun damage). I also kept apartment very clean and vacuumed constantly because I have allergies, yet they are charging me for "steam cleaning" of the carpets (which is complete BS, I'm leaving the apartment cleaner than when I moved in)!!!!! Really wish I could give this place "0" stars. Definitely the worst place I have lived. Please reconsider if you're thinking of moving here!
