This facility has become a nightmare for our family. Our aunt has been given the wrong medication and they have forgotten to order her medication and had to take her to urgent care due to it being a weekend. The staff intimidates the residents if complaints are made. Also, the staff insisted that I take all (over 30) pain pills with us on a lunch outing and that I must sign for them. I had to explain to them that only one was given and that I would not take on that responsibility. A possible overdose or loss of the medication was a possible outcome and common sense should be applied.
Theft is a huge problem as well, while in the shower an aid told her she could not attend to her because she was on the phone. That day her debit card was stolen and used.
There are serious problems that are not being addressed and the state has been notified. Loved ones should not be placed at the Plaza!
