Wow. This is the worst company that I have ever had dealings with. I purchased a Groupon for 65 dollars for a round trip airport transfer via Town Car. That is not a crazy great deal...just okay. I reserved online...no confirmation, no contact from the company. I called. No answer. I left messages. No call back. I emailed. No response. I posted on their Facebook page. Nothing. Finally, the day before my important trip with my two daughters and my 70 year old mother, I called and left two more messages and decided to cut my losses. I wanted to be sure to make my flight. I am trying to get a Groupon credit and I finally was able to reach someone at Xavier Limo to cancel. Celine was very apologetic, offered to have a driver pick us up at 1 (my reservation time was 2...interesting that no one contacted me at all about the unavailability of that time) and promised satisfaction. I felt bad for her, having to field the complaints from such a horribly managed business. Run from this one. I'd rather go by Discount cab... at least they answer phones.
