Carolina's has terrible customer service. They have repeatedly incorrectly filled our to-go orders, not including all of items we have payed for. When I called to get a refund on the missing items, they were unable to provide the refund over the phone and required me to return all the way to the store. We don't live close, so this was terribly inconvenient. Their staff was unfeeling and unconcerned only citing "policy" rather than trying to help or correct their mistake.
