  • All I can say is that the coffee here is FANTASTIC. You have the total coffee shop vibe. You walk in and there are a bunch of people studying with their laptops. Slightly hipster vibe without the snootiness. Friendly staff that talk in "Small, Medium or Large" rather that "Tall, Grande or Vente". The staff is always super friendly. The coffee is so fresh and the espresso is delicious. They aren't cheap on the shots either, so you order a large, you don't just get two shots with a ton of milk. You get the extra caffeine to go with it. At some point, I'm going to have to try the food, because it sounds really good. There is one thing that completely makes Central Coffee stand out from others. They make several syrup flavors in-house. I had this sweet cinnamon syrup added to my latte one day and it was amazing. Definitely one of my favorite coffee drinks in all of Charlotte. Downside is the parking, but once you find a spot, it will be worth your wait in coffee!
