I've been a customer here for over 10 years. They have really improved on customer service in the service department. I never had issues with my first Honda but my 2016 Pilot has been to dealer for numerous issues. I know I can count on the guys here to take care of the issues promptly. A big thank you to Andrew and Andy for making it hassle free to drive my favorite car! Also, when an issue came up, the service director was very responsive and accommodating.
I've never bought a car at this dealer but their service department is great!
