  • Absolutely terrible!!! Was told to come in between 11-7 for an item. I got there at 1055 and waited until 1115...doors locked, place closed. When Diane finally contacted me back around 3pm she said she was there at 1130...like it was no big deal, never even apologized for inconveniencing me. Very unprofessional.
