I "used" to be a regular customer but after receiving a call that the mani/pedi appointment I had made was being taken by Mrs. Fertita, ( If you're new to Las Vegas, the Fertitas own Station Casinos.) I think I can save money by taking my business elsewhere. To continue the saga, the Spa manager called me to apologize but then her best offer was to tell me that the Fertitas have a habit of changing their minds a lot so she could leave me booked in case that happened so that I could have my appt. When I replied that I had the appt. first (for over 2 weeks) and Mrs. Fertita could wait to see if I changed my mind, that wasn't acceptable. Great customer service..... NOT.
