  • This is a great place for seeing some of the top comedy acts that are on tour, plus they have local comedians too. We went to see Justin Willman (comedy magician) in performance, and he was really funny. The comedy club itself is dimly lit with black lights that help everything glow in the dark. It's a fun atmosphere. Parking for the building is located across the street in a larger lot, and on busy performance nights the police help direct traffic for parking, so get there early if you want to avoid the back up in traffic since the Comedy Zone is located in a busy entertainment district close to Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. Food and drink are available for purchase, as well as table-side service with wait staff, so even during the performances you can enjoy dinner and a show at the same time. Everyone was really friendly, and we really enjoyed the fun atmosphere. We will definitely be back again for another show soon.
