My nephew was sending an Apple watch for my husband from California as a surprise through UPS. He kept tracking it and told us that it had reached UPS office. The next day we were leaving for Orlando so no one could sign the packet on arrival.
When we came back from our trip a week later, I called them and asked if they could deliver it to our nearest location. They said yes they could but they will charge me $7. I gave them my credit card number, but when i went to check, the store said they don't have any information about the packet.
I called them again and they said they delivered to a convenience store at another location which was further from my house. They did not apologize or compensate for this error.
