  • Pretty horrible customer service in the parts department. Order a part. Wait three days. Pay for it only to notice 5 minutes later it's the wrong thing. Returned unopened and purchased the correct part that had been sitting on the shelf all along. No need to wait three days! But they refuse to apply what I paid for the incorrect part. So I have to pay again for the second part and wait for them to process a refund and mail it out. No eta for that. Then I had a second part I had ordered two weeks earlier. I asked about it and found out it had been sitting there all that time. If I get my refund within a week I will add a star. If it takes longer than 2 weeks I will drop a star. I can't believe I'm waiting on the refund for their mistake but more than that the parts department attitude and lack of effort has me ready to take my business elsewhere.
