  • Since the beginning, Ben always called back soon when we had any questions on the quote he gave us for solar screens or the manufacturing and installation process. When the installation date came, they showed up on time and made sure we were happy with each and every screen, even taking some extra time on a weirdly shaped window to make sure it looked good both from outside and from inside. It's now well over a year, and because of some strong wind, one of our screens came off, Ben responded quickly and arranged for he himself coming over and taking care of reinstalling it within an hour. Glad to have found a company with great people that takes care of their customers!
