  • I have been going to the San tan studio and never had a problem until this month. I got my eyelashes refilled and not only was my stylist 20 min late... she filled my eyelashes about 3/4 of the way and after 40 min said that was all we had time for... the next day they almost ALL fell out. Very upset and embarrassed to go to work I called in and had another "senior stylist" fix them. Again the next day I had a HUGE gap in my eyelashes and we were having a reunion in Utah the next day. SO EMBARRASSED. I Didn't have enough time to go back but when I got back home I looked and lots of different eyelash extension places and this place had 5star reviews all around! I called and spoke to the manager and was blown away by how kind, genuine and concerned she was! When I got there the front desk women were so welcoming and nice.. couldn't be more different than the San tan location where the girls act very annoyed when asked any questions or even when given any sort of compliment. I loved my stylist Karla. She was the most wonderful, caring and considerate stylist I have ever had! I've been getting my lashes done for over two years now. She re-did ALL my lashes added 3D and transformed my eyelashes better than I've ever had before! When I got home and my husband saw me.. "Now those lashes are worth it! They look amazing." The manager insisted I was given a special package and paid for gratuity only! So pleased!! Would definitely recommend!!!
