I've been coming here for 2 years now, and recently there have been some changes in management and the team there. I gave them an extra star because they're the cheapest in town, but quality beats quantity in this situation. They have "lost" quite a few of my clothing often. Recently I requested for my things to be done at 11, this is perhaps my second time requesting, the girl at the front counter says they can do it but when I arrive they said not until 5. I've never been more frustrated dealing with them up until this point. Now you guys know when you tell me "oh, you haven't been here in awhile!"
Also, when you're dealing with customers on the phone please make sure they can't hear the conversation you're having with your coworker.
"Should I stall him?"
"Just tell him not until 5"
