rev:text	Rude, unprofessional. Printed my logo going the wrong direction on my envelopes. Got the color wrong for the paper I use for my letterhead. Now my envelopes and other media don't match my letterhead. Makes me look less than professional. (Like they are). Copycat used to be good and care about their product. But with staff turnover, no one there now cares about customer service or accuracy. Waste of money.
